Through the Manage&More Program, UnternehmerTUM qualifies
entrepreneurial talents at Technische Universität München
for their ongoing professional career. Each semester 20
particularly motivated students and participants taking their
doctor's degree are selected from all 13 faculties of TUM for this
18-month program.
Manage&More focuses in particular on the practical,
entrepreneurial qualification in projects: Working in
interdisciplinary teams, the participants develop and implement
business concepts to create innovative, marketable products and
services. Particular significance is given to the development of
the participants' personality through individual coaching.
Manage&More is supported in its contents and financially
by Partners of UnternehmerTUM.
Participants build up a good starting position right from the
beginning during their studies in order to one day establish a
company successfully or to assume responsibility as an
"entrepreneur within the enterprise". As "Entrepreneurs of
Tomorrow", Manage&More participants establish a strong network
serving to create lasting values.
Participation in the Manage&More Program is free of
charge and is granted in the same way as a scholarship.
The scholarship comprises the following key areas in
qualifying as an entrepreneur:
» |
Support in Innovation and Start-Up Projects The Manage&More Program offer scholars in innovation projects the opportunity to establish direct contacts with companies, make themselves acquainted with current tasks and challenges in industry, and develop solutions to such tasks in interdisciplinary teams. Participating in start-up projects, the scholars are supported in promoting their own business concepts. |
» |
Personality Training through Coaching Manage&More promotes scholars in shaping their personality and prepares them for future tasks in management. They learn to motivate themselves, to handle difficulties and obstacles, and to assume responsibility. Through regular, personal feedback talks with Program Management, the scholars develop their key skills specifically in the right direction. |
