Manage&More: High Potentials from Technische Universität München

One of the fundamental offers made by UnternehmerTUM is the Manage&More Qualification Program where particularly dedicated, entrepreneurially-minded students and young doctors from all faculties at Technische Universität München prepare within Manage&More in a practical setting for their budding career. In cooperation with companies, participants implement innovation projects with the support of mentors from the respective company, and grow systematically into their later management role.

As a partner of UnternehmerTUM, you have the opportunity to get to know high potentials from the Manage&More Program - either through mentoring or in innovation projects. In the process you will gain a good idea of how these young, up-and-coming managers work and what individual strengths they have to offer. Manual on Key Skills

The Manual on Key Skills helps students entering professional life. It offers practical descriptions of skills such as team spirit, creativity, self-responsibility and the ability to communicate. Interviews and texts provide an excellent setting for companies, enabling them to demonstrate their qualities to students as an attractive employer. The Manual is published once a year with an exclusive circulation of just 5,000 copies and addresses all first-semester students at Technische Universität München.
