The IT Services Team is highly specialized and shapes new developments within UTUM’s technical universe!

As a member of our IT team, you’ll be constantly challenged with exciting and novel tasks that have a real impact on how UnternehmerTUM delights both internal and external customers through an excellent service management foundation.
From day one, you’ll be fully involved—bringing your strengths to a variety of exciting business and IT services, and helping to elevate our tech stack to the next level.

Your mission

• You are the first point of contact for IT requests and technical questions from our users
• You analyze and solve a wide variety of IT issues across our diverse application portfolio
• You independently find solutions—whether they involve software, hardware, or processes
• You support our colleagues in implementing solutions and explain them in an easy-to-understand way
• You install, configure, and maintain our end devices such as PCs, laptops, and printers
• You maintain our IT documentation and ensure that guides are clear, up-to-date, and helpful
• You take on administrative tasks and contribute to exciting IT projects
• You help shape the digital workplace of tomorrow—based on real user needs

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration (or a similar qualification)

• You have basic knowledge of Microsoft (server) operating systems

• You’ve already gained initial experience in user service, client support, and remote assistance

• You’re confident communicating in both German and English? Perfect!

• You enjoy working with customers and being part of a team

• You work in a structured, reliable, and service-oriented manner

• Analytical thinking, independence, and a quick grasp of new concepts are among your strengths
