Together we reflect on our individual and shared goals of possible and desirable futures to derive entrepreneurial steps towards the worlds we want to live in. Throughout the session we use a systemic lens for deep, long-term transformation with the aim of strengthening participants' existing and future innovation and entrepreneurship. We close by committing to first actions within our individual circles of influence.

In this session we will explore essential inner skills and qualities of change makers consciously building on the Inner Development Goals. Starting with ourselves in an individual perspective we will then branch out to include a view on teams and structures working towards a systemic understanding of resilience.
