XPLORE Venture Creator's "Future Entrepreneurs" track is designed for individuals aspiring to collaborate with start-ups selected for the XPLORE Venture Creator Program. The Future Entrepreneurs track targets those with an entrepreneurial mindset, openness, excellent communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn and grow. The focus during the online program is on gaining insights into start-up dynamics, applying entrepreneurial methodologies, providing valuable networking opportunities, and fostering personal growth in a like-minded community. The program prepares Future Entrepreneurs for an upcoming entrepreneurial career, whether staying with the start-up from the Program, joining another young venture, or founding a start-up on their own.

TUM largest competition for ideas and/or technologies with market potential which address social or societal challenges. Ten finalists benefit from constructive feedback of the jury and receive an individual pitch training. Within a tailored workshop they will outline hands-on first steps towards a sustainable start-up. At the public award ceremony of the IDEAward they will present their innovative idea to a broad audience and thus receive media attention. The three winning teams will receive prize money of totaling 37,000 euros. All finalists are individually accompanied by TUM Start-up Consultany until market launch.
