Women in Urban Mobility is a joint project of UnternehmerTUM Munich, Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya, Carnet Barcelona and Junior Achievement Bulgaria, funded by EIT Urban Mobility.
Our vision is to create a unique network of urban mobility experts across Europe and raise awareness for female perspectives and gender equality in the urban mobility sector.
The second meetup in Sofia will be focused on the design, implementation and effect of female-friendly HR policies in the mobility sector. The event will feature a panel of HR experts, who will participate in a discussion moderated by Milena Stoycheva, CEO of JA Bulgaria and architect Lubomir Stanislavov, CEO of Automotive Cluster Bulgaria - our main partner for the event.
The speakers we have invited will discuss the subject of HR policies and practices implemented by companies in the mobility sector to help women to enter the field and advance professionally. Keep an eye out on this page for updates about the speakers and the specific questions that will be raised.
