Der Laserschneider ist ein vielseitiges Werkzeug zum Schneiden, Gravieren und Markieren verschiedener Materialien wie Kunststoff, Glas, Metall (nur Gravur von Glas und Metall) und Naturprodukten wie Holz, MDF, Pappe oder Leder. Mit der Grafiksoftware Adobe Illustrator übernimmt das Gerät auf Knopfdruck das Laserschneiden komplizierter Designs und das Lasergravieren von detaillierten Bildern.

In diesem Sicherheits- und Grundfunktionskurs lernst du den sicheren Umgang mit dem Epilog Laserschneider FusionPro 32.

Am Ende des Kurses kannst du deinen selbstgeschnittenen und personalisierten Halter für dein Handy mit nach Hause nehmen.

Dank der 3D-Drucktechnologie wird die Fertigstellung eines physischen Objekts auf der Grundlage eines Computermodells vereinfacht. Es ist der schnellste und zugleich wirtschaftlichste Weg, um kleine Teile zu produzieren, bevor aufwendigere Fertigungsverfahren wie CNC-Fräsen oder Spritzgießen eingesetzt werden müssen.

In diesem Kurs über Sicherheit und Grundfunktionen lernst du, wie du 3D-Dateien in Cura importierst, sie modifizierst und dann mit dem Ultimaker 2+ oder Ultimaker 2 Extended + druckst. Du lernst alle notwendigen Informationen und Fähigkeiten, um die Maschinen mit allen Anforderungen des 3D-Drucks bedienen zu können.

Was du nach dem 3D-Druck-Einsteigerkurs machen kannst:

• Nutzung der Ultimaker 3D-Drucker im MakerSpace
• Vorbereitung eigener 3D-Modelle oder aus dem Internet heruntergeladenen 3D-Teile mit der Ultimaker Cura Software
• Druck von 3D-Modellen mit den Filamenten PLA und TPU 95A
• Nutzung der 3D-Drucktechnologie, um deine Ideen im Modellbau, Design, für Ersatzteile, etc. umzusetzen
